Our press shop, weld shop and machine shop run presses up to 400 tons capacity, robotic and MIG welding cells for repeatable structural joints, and in-house machining to bring chassis components to ready-to-assemble specification. Parts can be surface-treated on our PTCED line and conveyorized powder-coating line for corrosion and weather resistance, then verified on Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) before dispatch — so what leaves our plant matches your drawing, batch after batch.

How we engineer a chassis bracket

From drawing approval to dimensional validation, every chassis bracket follows a controlled manufacturing workflow designed for OEM repeatability and traceability.

1. Engineering & drawing review

Drawings, materials, and feasibility are reviewed by our engineering team.

2. Tooling development

In-house tooling is developed for consistent part geometry and repeatable production.

Press forming (up to 400 tons)

The bracket is precision-stamped and formed in our press shop for dimensional accuracy.

4. Robotic & MIG welding

Brackets are welded in robotic and MIG welding cells for consistent weld quality.

5. PTCED / powder coating

6. CMM inspection & final validation
