Presco-Mec Group is a 38+ year, IATF 16949:2016 certified automotive assembly manufacturer based in Faridabad, Haryana, supplying precision-engineered sheet metal sub-assemblies and assemblies to automotive OEMs and Tier-1 companies across India. As a trusted automotive assembly supplier in India, we combine in-house stamping, robotic and manual welding, PTCED and powder-coat finishing, and CMM-based inspection under one roof — giving purchase and sourcing teams a single, audited source for multi-component assemblies instead of coordinating across separate stamping, welding, and finishing vendors. For OEM and Tier-1 sourcing managers, this means fewer supplier hand-offs, one quality system to audit, and one point of accountability for fitment, finish, and delivery across an entire assembly program.
As an automotive assembly manufacturer, Presco-Mec Group builds assemblies from the ground up. Stamped and formed sheet metal components move directly from our press shop into welding, joining, finishing, and inspection, all within our two Faridabad manufacturing units. Our weld shop uses MIG welding, robotic welding, spot welding, and projection welding, supported by purpose-built SPMs (Special Purpose Machines) developed with established equipment partners for repeatable joint quality at production volumes. Finished assemblies pass through our PTCED (Cathode Electro Deposition) or conveyorised powder-coating lines for corrosion and weather resistance, and every batch is verified in our standard room using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), Profile Projectors, and Faro Arm equipment before dispatch.
Every automotive assembly we supply follows the same disciplined, traceable process, regardless of which product line it belongs to:
This sequence — tooling, stamping, joining, finishing, inspection — stays under one roof across our two Faridabad manufacturing units, which is what allows an automotive assembly manufacturer like Presco-Mec Group to hold consistent quality across high-mix, multi-platform OEM programs.
Sourcing teams evaluating an auto assemblies supplier in India typically need coverage across more than one vehicle platform. Presco-Mec Group supplies:
Each assembly category draws on the same certified processes, so OEMs consolidating multiple part families with one automotive assembly manufacturer get consistent quality across their full component list, rather than re-qualifying a new vendor for every platform.
Every automotive assembly leaving our facility is checked for dimensional accuracy, weld integrity, and finish consistency before it reaches an OEM production line. Our IATF 16949:2016 quality management system governs process control from incoming raw material through to final assembly, while our CMM-equipped standard room measures to sub-micron tolerances — important for multi-piece welded assemblies, where tolerance stack-up across joints can affect final fitment. It is the same quality system our brake parts, chassis & cabin parts, and engine parts customers already rely on, applied consistently across every assembly program. Because assemblies combine several stamped and welded components into one unit, small variances at any single joint can compound; our inspection protocol is built around catching that stack-up before an assembly ever reaches your line, not after.
A sub-assembly manufacturer joins multiple stamped, formed, or machined components into a single, ready-to-fit unit using welding, fastening, and finishing, before it reaches the OEM production line. This reduces the number of parts and vendors an OEM has to manage, and shifts fitment and weld-quality responsibility to the assembly supplier.
We manufacture brake assemblies, chassis and cabin sub-assemblies, engine mounting and bracket assemblies, two-wheeler frame and structural assemblies, and tractor and off-highway structural assemblies, all produced across our two IATF 16949:2016 certified manufacturing units in Faridabad.
Our weld shop uses MIG welding, robotic welding, spot welding, and projection welding, supported by purpose-built SPMs (Special Purpose Machines) for repeatable joint quality at production volumes.
Yes. Both manufacturing units hold IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 certification, and our D&B D-U-N-S® Number (65-006-5357) is available for vendor onboarding and procurement due diligence.
Every assembly is measured in our CMM-equipped standard room, which also uses Profile Projectors and Faro Arm equipment, to check for tolerance stack-up across welded joints before dispatch.
Yes. In addition to two manufacturing units in Faridabad, we operate warehouses in Pithampur, Jamshedpur, Pune, and Chennai to support delivery closer to OEM and Tier-1 production facilities.
