Presco-Mec Group is an off-highway sheet metal parts manufacturer in India, producing pressed, formed and welded brackets, guards, panels and structural sub-assemblies for construction, earthmoving, material-handling and industrial vehicle OEMs and their Tier-1 suppliers. With 38+ years of manufacturing experience, IATF 16949:2016 certified processes and two production units in Faridabad, Haryana, we take an off-highway component from drawing to dispatch through one in-house process chain, so your sourcing team qualifies one vendor instead of a separate stamper, welder and coater.
Off-highway equipment is judged by how long it keeps working on site. A loader guard, a hydraulic tank bracket or a cabin panel spends years under load, vibration, mud and weather, and a weak weld or a thin coating shows up as a field failure rather than a line rejection. We build our process around that duty: drawings are reviewed for manufacturability before tooling is designed, weld routes are matched to the joint, and finishes are chosen for outdoor exposure. For the complete range and sourcing details, see our off-highway parts manufacturer and supplier in India page.
Share your component drawings, 3D CAD data, material specifications, and manufacturing requirements with our engineering team to discuss component feasibility and customized sheet metal manufacturing solutions for off-highway applications.
Submit Your EnquiryOur press shop, weld shop and machine shop produce components for the structure, enclosures and mounting systems of off-highway machines:
Where a programme needs the single stamped part, we supply it as a component. Where it needs the joined unit, we supply the welded sub-assembly from the same process chain.
A component on a construction or material-handling machine faces three risks at once: sustained load, continuous vibration and open-air exposure. Each is handled at a different stage of our process. Load is addressed at the drafting stage, where bracket geometry, material grade and thickness are reviewed against the drawing before tooling is designed. Vibration is addressed in the weld shop, where structural joints are made in repeatable robotic and MIG cells rather than left to manual variation. Exposure is addressed at finishing, where parts run through our PTCED line or conveyorised powder-coating line as the drawing specifies. Critical dimensions are then verified on Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) before dispatch, so a bracket that has to line up with a hydraulic cylinder or a cabin mount arrives where it should.
Off-highway programmes typically run lower volumes and longer service lives than passenger-vehicle programmes, with more part numbers per machine. That makes repeatability across batches, and across years, as important as first-sample approval. We emphasise process control and traceability from incoming material to final inspection, and we work with customer engineering teams early so that larger, heavier components are optimised for manufacturability before they reach the press.
Our manufacturing operations are certified to internationally recognised automotive and quality standards.

Our sheet metal components go into construction and earthmoving equipment, material-handling machines and industrial vehicles. For agricultural equipment, see our dedicated tractor parts page. Procurement teams can also consolidate other commodities with the same audited vendor: brake parts, chassis and cabin parts, engine parts and two-wheeler parts.

We manufacture pressed, formed and welded components for off-highway equipment, including structural brackets, mounting plates and cross-members, guards and covers, cabin and body panel components, hydraulic and fuel-tank mounting brackets, axle, suspension and engine mounting brackets, and welded structural sub-assemblies.
Material grade, thickness and part size are reviewed against your drawing at the drafting stage, before tooling is designed. Our engineering team confirms the forming, welding and finishing route for each part as part of the feasibility response, so there are no surprises after tooling is committed.
Structural joints are made in repeatable robotic and MIG welding cells, with spot and projection welding used where the joint calls for it. The welding route is matched to the joint design, material and volume shown on your drawing.
Presco-Mec Group supports tool design and development in coordination with customer requirements for new off-highway programmes. The tooling approach is aligned with the programme's press-forming requirements, production volumes and part-verification needs.
Yes. Share your annual volumes and ramp-up plan with your enquiry, and our engineering team will confirm a tooling and production approach suited to that volume.
Yes. Send the current drawing, a production sample if available, and your annual volumes. Our engineering team will review feasibility and confirm what tooling is needed to transfer the part.
Critical dimensions are verified in our standard room on Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), supported by a Profile Projector and a Faro Arm, before parts or sub-assemblies are released for dispatch.
Yes. Tractor and agricultural implement components are covered on our dedicated Tractor Parts page. This page focuses on construction, earthmoving, material-handling and industrial vehicle equipment.
Presco-Mec Group also manufactures brake parts, chassis and cabin parts, engine parts, two-wheeler parts and complete assemblies, so procurement teams can consolidate several commodities with one IATF 16949:2016 certified vendor.
Send your drawings or 3D models, material grade and thickness, coating requirement, annual volumes and target timelines through our Business Enquiry page or write to info@prescomecgroup.com. Our engineering team will revert with a feasibility response.
